How Do You Ser·e·nade Your Soul?
Performer Agreement
By submitting this registration form, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

Arrive on time and be prepared to perform during your scheduled performance slot.

Adhere to all event guidelines and instructions provided by SER·E·NADE Your Soul (SYS) and venue staff.

Actively promote the event through your social media platforms, email list, and other available channels. Promotional graphics and marketing materials will be provided by SYS.

Conduct yourself in a professional, positive, and respectful manner that reflects the values of SYS and contributes to a welcoming environment for all attendees.

Grant SYS permission to photograph, record, livestream, and or use your image, likeness, name, performance, and related content for promotional, marketing, educational, and archival purposes without additional compensation.

Understand that performance opportunities and compensation, if applicable, are subject to the terms outlined in the event description and/or the SYS Performance Partnership Program.

Acknowledge that failure to comply with event guidelines may result in removal from the event and may affect eligibility for future SYS opportunities.
By registering, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Performer Agreement.
