Performer Agreement
By submitting this form, you agree to:
– Arrive on time and respect our performance guidelines
– Promote the event on your platforms (you’ll receive promo graphics)
– Maintain a positive, respectful vibe in alignment with SYS values
– Allow your image and a portion of your performace
By submitting this form, I grant SER·E·NADE Your Soul (SYS) the right to capture and use photographs, video, and audio recordings of my performance and likeness. I understand that these materials may be used for promotional, marketing, and archival purposes across SYS platforms, including but not limited to social media, websites, flyers, and video reels.
I acknowledge that:
– I will not receive monetary compensation for the use of such media
– SYS will not alter my performance in a misleading or defamatory way
– I may request removal of specific content in writing if necessary
