During your session, we’ll discuss your ideas, goals, and creative needs — from custom portraits to branding and visual design projects. You’ll receive professional guidance, clear project steps, and tailored recommendations to ensure your design reflects your unique style and purpose.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations All bookings must be made through the official SYS booking system, website, or approved representatives. A booking fee is required to secure your reservation and will be applied toward your total order (event package, service, or travel). This fee is not an additional cost. Payments All balances must be paid by the deadline provided at booking. Accepted methods include credit/debit cards, PayPal, Zelle, or other approved platforms. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation and forfeiture of the booking fee. Cancellations & Refunds Booking fees are non-refundable. Cancel 30+ days before → refund of additional payments (excluding booking fee). Cancel less than 30 days → non-refundable. If SYS cancels due to emergencies, venue closures, travel restrictions, or supplier issues, clients will be offered rescheduling or a refund (including the booking fee). Rescheduling One reschedule request is allowed (subject to availability). Requests must be made at least 14 days in advance. Rescheduling with less than 14 days’ notice may require an additional fee. No-Shows Failure to attend without notice results in forfeiture of all payments. Any investments made by SYS on your behalf (venue deposits, décor, vendor fees, airline or hotel bookings, transportation, tours, etc.) must be reimbursed in full. Client Responsibility Clients are responsible for: Providing accurate details (traveler info, IDs, passports/visas, performer/vendor info, etc.). Covering costs SYS has invested in preparation, which may include: Venue or travel deposits Vendor/performer contracts Promotional materials, décor, or merchandise Transportation, lodging, or excursions Insurance, permits, or documentation fees Liability SYS is not responsible for injury, lost/stolen property, denied boarding, missed flights, or delays caused by venues, airlines, hotels, or third-party vendors. Agreement By confirming a booking, you acknowledge and agree to all terms outlined in this policy.
